Pricing

Information including prices or quantities, may be inaccurately displayed in our shop due to automated systems or typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate prices. If a product's listed price or quantity is lower than its actual price or quantity, we shall, as quickly as possible, contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order. You will be notified of any changes or cancellations ahead of time. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Billing

Once you have selected your jewelry piece(s) and added them to your shopping cart, you will need to provide some personal information, shipping and payment details (such as your name, address, shipping method, and credit card information or a supported digital wallet). We support payment processing through Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, and Google Pay. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our accredited  third party payment processors to charge the amount of the order using your selected payment method. Once the payment process is completed, we will ship your item(s) with signature and tracking confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent out to your email from your profile with the tracking information. 

Taxes

For US Orders, Towne Jeweler’s collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington state, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Taxes and/or duties on orders will be calculated based on the rates in effect the date your order ships.
