Shipping Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: There may be shipping delays due to COVID-19 or unforeseen weather conditions. This can affect both ground and air shipments, if there is a delay please feel free to contact us at townejewelers77@gmail.com and/or the FedEx,UPS, and USPS support websites. We will do our best to reach out to customer support for tracking updates in the event of unexpected delays. 

 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS with tracking and signature confirmation. Insurance is covered by Towne Jeweler’s for item(s) through to delivery with signature and delivery confirmation. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $20 flat rate shipping to the continental United States with an average of 3 to 4 business days.

Note: Shipping cost includes signature confirmation, tracking confirmation, and insurance on full cost of item(s). This pricing is subject to change with shipping carrier adjustments for the continental United States only.

 

 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $1,000 within (10 - 15 miles of our San Marcos, California location). For orders under $1,000, we charge $20 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from (5:00pm - 8:00pm) on (Tuesday through Friday). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Note: This includes most of North County San Diego (San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Costa, Del Mar, La Jolla, Fallbrook, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, Forest Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos.

 

 

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at (1003 West San Marcos Blvd, Suite 102, San Marcos, California 92078). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are (10:00am - 4:00pm) on (Tuesday through Saturday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We will post an update on our social media accounts and send out emails to our constant contact clients informing them of the changes in our shipping policy for international services. 

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the posted number days based on the shipping method requested after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at townejewelers77@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes that are within the continental United States and are supported/delivered to by the United States Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation is available to P.O. Boxes, and signature confirmation is handled by the postal worker at the counter of their official postal box.
