退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy on all ordered items except for custom designs or modified items, which means you have 30 days after physically receiving your item(s) to request a return. There is an extended return policy up to 90 days that allows for store credit or a partial return for non-custom and non-modified item(s).

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/receipt, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item(s) we will test and inspect with a certified gemologist to insure its authenticity, and look over any defects if that is the reason for the return. Once the item(s) are checked and confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the account that was used for the original purchase within 3-5 business days (not including any delays from either the sellers or buyers credit institution).

To be eligible for a partial return or store credit, your item(s) must be excellent resell condition with no scratches or damages or modifications to the gemstones, mountings, prongs, under gallery, joints, chains, posts, clasps, bands, cases, faces, dials, and movements on the jewelry or watches. After the original 30 day return policy, purchasers can message, email or call our support team to request an extended item(s) return up to 90 days after physically receiving the item(s) for credit or a partial refund. 


Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at townejewelers77@gmail.com with the reason you are returning your purchased item(s). We will either call or email you if there are any issues returning those item(s), otherwise we will send you a return shipping label with included instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the package is received we will notify you with a confirmation email. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). Each jewelry piece is inspected before shipping, but in route shipping damages or issues can occur. If your package or item(s) have any issues please email us at townejewelers77@gmail.com with a photo and description so that we can file a claim and/or send an RMA for a return or replacement.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, and modified item(s). We also do not accept returns for item(s) that are used or damaged. Exceptions include a manufactured defect in a jewelry piece or a mistake with a requested personalization. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Notice for On Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item(s) sold through our online store.



Exchanges
In order to complete an exchange please email us first what you would like to exchange your item(s) for. Once the exchange is approved we will send you and RMA to add to the outside of your package. For security we recommend shipping with tracking and signature confirmation. Once we receive your package we will email you with confirmation, and then ship out  the new item to you with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to the card or payment method used for the original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit union or credit card company to process and post the refund. If there is an extended delay, please feel free to email us with your questions or concerns so we can contact the processing company for more details.
