TJS custom designed reversible diamond cross pendant. This project started with a great client and friend that wanted to incorporate family diamonds into a cross. She wanted to wear this piece everyday and for any occasion. Since I was given free reign while taking her personality and desires into account, I knew this would be a reversible pendant. The front incorporates her five existing diamonds in full and partial bezels, while all the small diamonds are bead set in a depressed channel. This kept the surface smooth to the touch and made for a clean design. The back required some research, and I found some beautiful design from 1400 - 1600 Christian ruins in Europe. These were blended into the pattern in the back for as a laser soldered insert that was hand cleaned and polished in every crevice. The bezel was designed to match each side with clean transitions at the top and bottom. It was an honor designing this cross and Loved bring her family and Christian history into this pendant.
